The Venue Rental includes:
Package #1 $5,500
This would be our weekend fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
$3,500 for Monday through Thursday.
· “Day of Event” hours: 9:00 am – 11:30 pm
· Use of Venue day prior to event from 9 am to 5 pm
· 38 of 60" Round tables and chairs for 300 guests
· 6 of 6’ Rectangular and 2 of 8’ rectangular tables
· White Linens for guests tables
· ADA Parking and Restrooms
· Exquisite Bridal Suite with Balcony overlooking the main room, private restroom and Salon Styling Workstations
· Grooms’ Room has a full suite with private bar and flat screen
· Use of staging kitchen
· Bar to serve drinks with three keg kegerator provided
· Indoor and Outdoor ceremony site
· WIFI, Wireless Mic System and projector
· 2 Hour Photo shoot on the ranch
· Preferred Vendor list offered but not required to use.
· A venue employee provided to assist with “Day of Event”
Package #2 $6,800
This will include the above items plus bartenders, security and breakdown.
The Venue at Rafter E Ranch, LLC reserves the right to change pricing. Prices quoted are good for all events booked by 12/31/18.
